Femanol Guarantee
Femanol®, like all products from MedcoSouth, is backed by the best guarantee in the industry. MedcoSouth offers an unheard of full three month guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the results you obtain, simply call for an RMA# and return the unused portion and all empty bottles anytime within A FULL 60 Days for a 100% refund including the original Shipping and Handling (USA only). No questions asked!! Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a RMA#. The return must be received by us prior to the end of the warranty period. Only our order department has access to the confidential credit card information necessary to generate an RMA#. Due to security concerns RMA#'s can only be requested by phone. RMA#'s CAN NOT BE REQUESTED BY EMAIL, no exceptions. However, you must supply a valid email address to which the RMA# and detailed return instructions will be sent within 1 business day. All bottles must be returned to receive a full 100% refund. If all bottles you received are not returned your refund will be pro-rated based on the number returned. Example: You received 3 bottles and only returned 2, your refund would be 2/3 or 66% of what you paid. Due to abuse of our generous refund policy, such as customers continually using product then returning for a refund then re-ordering, we have amended our Guarantee effective 8/5/22.
Only the first order* for a product is refundable. Any subsequent reorders are non refundable. Packages that are refused or untried and returned will be refunded less S&H and a 15% restocking charge. This only applies to refused orders or untried product not normal returns under our satisfaction guarantee. As with any herbal supplement you should allow at least 30 days to fairly evaluate the product's success, therefore returns are not accepted prior to 30 days after order.
Note: This Guarantee only applies to the original purchaser for Orders placed with us (MedcoSouth). We can not and will not guarantee products purchased elsewhere.

Orders for more than 6 bottles total are considered wholesale and are not covered by any guarantee. Any offer to resell Femanol by you is not allowed and voids this guarantee.
